You can! You can change the delivery address in the shopping basket. Enter the desired delivery address details here, and you will receive your order at this address. When paying with Klarna (retrospective payment), the invoice and delivery address must be the same.

Please remember that our carriers deliver to the front door on the ground level if you want us to have it on a different story or you need an extra delivery service. Please contact our customer service for the additional costs and information.

Every product is covered by a legal guarantee, which means that the product is what you, as a customer, may expect from it. It is good to know that you have a (purchase) agreement with Hazenkamp Furnitures BV and By Kohler is a subsidiary of Hazenkamp Furnitures BV, so your guarantee/repair request will go to them. The proof of guarantee is your invoice or proof of purchase of the product you bought. If you show it to us, we know enough and we will be there for you. 

The guarantee is only valid within the guarantee period and if there is a justified complaint. The following cases do not constitute justified complaints:

- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Deliberate or negligent damage. For example, water-, fall- or bump damage.
- Damage resulting from failure to observe the washing instructions
- Exceptional wear and tear

Our system automatically sends three payment links to orders with missing payments. You get an email, WhatsApp, or SMS with a payment link.

No debit? Then you can try to place your order again. Does it work again? Please check if there is a problem with your bank.

Be sure to contact our customer service team at +31(0)850201899 as soon as possible and specify which products you want to cancel. Unfortunately, it is impossible to cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Returns are, of course, possible.

You have the right to revoke and return your order within 14 days. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the product in physical possession. 

To maintain the low prices on our website, the costs for returning products are for your account. Of course, no return costs are charged if you accidentally receive an incorrect or damaged item. The return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from the Netherlands
For packages that fall within the DHL dimensions, the standard rate of (€ 7.00) will be deducted from the possible refund amount. When using the extra pick-up service of DHL, we charge a standard rate of (€ 7.00) additionally. The maximum dimensions are 180 cm x 100 cm x 50 cm, and the total weight is 30 kg. Everything outside these dimensions we are forced to charge a rate of €35

For parcels that fall within the dimensions of DPD, the standard rate of (€ 12.50) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The maximum dimensions are 100 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm, and the total weight is 30 kg. When using the UPS collection service, we charge an additional standard rate of (€ 19,50). The maximum dimensions are 80 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm, and the total weight is 30 kg. Please note: For larger or heavier items, which need to be picked up separately by a courier, we will deduct € 39- (including VAT) from the purchase price that we will refund.

In order for your return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

- The item is in its original packaging and the original packaging is not damaged.
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- If there are products to be assembled, they may only be returned in the original assembly.
- Customized products are not accepted as returns.

As soon as we have received your return, we will process it, and you will receive a refund within five working days if it complies with the return conditions. You will receive a notification of this from us by e-mail.

The refund will be made the same way as the original payment. The amount will be refunded to the account from which the amount was debited. It is not possible to use another account for a refund.

If you have not received a message from us after five working days? Then we recommend you to contact our customer service. Please note! Your return may be processed in several parts.

We try to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days, but because we work with external carriers, some items may take longer to deliver due to capacity problems. We always try to process your order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

It is possible to use our express service, where we deliver the goods with our own trucks. Ask our customer support service for the actual freight costs.

No, there are not! All our products are delivered free to the door. Unless you request an express service or a delivery that we deliver to your room, a custom quote will be made for your order.

In every order confirmation, we communicate the approximate delivery time, or you can check the 'my account page for the latest order status. In addition, if the forwarder can send track and trace codes, we will communicate this to our customers' emails.

Yes, it's possible when your order is complete for order picking. However, it's mandatory to make an appointment with us through info@bykohler.com before arriving at the warehouse.
